At Wanderperks ("we", "us"), we value the trust of our venue partners. This policy outlines strictly how we handle the information provided by offices, gyms, residential complexes, and other facilities ("Venues") within our network.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to qualify your venue and facilitate logistics. This includes:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number of the site manager or point of contact.

  • Venue Details: Business name, physical address, and shipping instructions.

  • Demographic Data: Venue type, estimated foot traffic, and aggregate member demographics (e.g., "Tech professionals," "Students").

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used internally for two purposes only:

  1. Campaign Matching: To identify which product campaigns align with your venue’s demographics.

  2. Logistics: To coordinate the delivery of approved products.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We operate on a strict "Need-to-Know" basis.

3.1. Protection from Brands We do not sell, trade, or transfer your venue’s Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or contact details to our Brand Partners.

  • What Brands See: Aggregated, anonymized data (e.g., "An office in Savannah, GA with 50 staff").

  • What Brands Do Not See: Your specific business name, your email address, or your phone number. You will never be solicited by our brands directly.

3.2. Logistics & Delivery Partners We share your shipping information with third-party logistics providers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, local couriers) only under the following condition:

  • You have explicitly opted in to a specific campaign.

  • Sharing is strictly limited to the data required to fulfill that specific delivery (Name, Address, Phone).

4. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored in secure networks accessible only by a limited number of persons who have special access rights and are required to keep the information confidential.

5. Your Control

You retain full control over your participation in the network.

  • Opt-Out: You may request to be removed from the Wanderperks network at any time by contacting us. Upon removal, your data will be permanently deleted from our active registry.

  • Campaign Refusal: You have the right to decline any specific campaign or shipment.
